KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Project Delivery
Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and client expectations for roadway design projects.
Build Client Relationships
Develop and strengthen relationships with FDOT, local agencies and municipal clients.
Win New Work
Lead proposal efforts, technical approaches and interview presentations.
Mentor and Develop Staff
Provide guidance to project engineers and emerging professionals and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
* Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida or ability to obtain through comity
* 8+ years of progressive roadway design experience
* Experience managing FDOT transportation projects, including roadway and 3R projects
* Strong understanding of FDOT manuals, standards, specifications and project development processes
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
* Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills
